Coincidence??

I have a very smart girl. At a year she understands so much when you talk to her, but what happened last night just blew me away.

Since we've gotten rid of our satelite tv, our evenings are pretty quiet. I decided the other night to watch some of our own movies we haven't seen in a while. I pulled out the original "Seabiscuit" with Shirley Temple, thinking the horses would keep Katelyn's attention. It did for 30 seconds and then she was off. Last night, I put in another horse movie, "Dreamer" with Dakota Fanning, thinking the horses would keep Katelyn's attention. It did for a while, but she got off the couch and went into her room. Not long after I hear her dragging something on the floor. Out she comes with her riding horse she got for her birthday! We pull it on the carpet and she is busy getting on and off of it and pushing the cheek to play music or it neighs!

I think we may have a horse lover. Of course it helps if mom and dad are too.
