I love that song by Trace Atkins. She thinks they're just fishing but doesn't realize the bonding that's going on between a father and his daughter.
A couple of weeks ago, Jason thought we should take Katelyn to the local fishing pond. Basically it's a big cement pond in town that they stock with fish. It's not the cleanest fishing spot and you might not want to eat the fish you catch, but it's easy to get to.
Very serious face equals fish, right?
And sometimes it was Daddy who was more into it than the prodigy.

We didn't stay long but I think it was fun for her and just fun for us watching her.
